The Hormel Historic Home is the perfect setting for your gathering! We make it easy, fun, and carefree. Mingle and socialize throughout the mansion and Peace Garden (weather permitting) with your guests and enjoy plenty of space to relax. Our full service food and beverage venue is the perfect setting for your group of up to 50 guests with this Ultimate Happy Hour Package!
Let the Hormel Historic home be your choice for a unique and unforgettable experience for you, your family, and your friends. Stroll throughout the house museum and gardens with your guests as you enjoy cocktails from our bar and chef prepared foods at various tasting stations throughout. Enjoy the ambiance and history of Austin's most beloved mansion.
What's included in your Ultimate Happy Hour Experience?
- A mixture of round tables and pub tables covered in white linens, placed throughout the historic house museum
- Choice of up to 5 Food Stations, which will be placed throughout the historic house museum
- An additional food station can be added for an additional $4.75 per guest
- Up to 2 hours of time onsite; as your guests arrive, you're invited to mingle and stroll through the entire House Museum and Peace Garden (weather permitting)
- Up to 30 minutes of decorating time prior to the event start time
- HHH China and silverware
- Photo ops throughout the house museum and gardens
- Private bar service and event servers
- Assistance in selecting the date that works for you and your guests and the availability of the Hormel Historic Home
What Can be Added Onto My Ultimate Happy Hour Experience?
- Punch (pricing can vary)
- Pop ($1.50 per can consumed)
- Bar (we'll work with you to determine whether you'd like Beer & Wine or the addition of Mixed Drinks too; bar can be a cash or hosted bar)
- Black chair covers with white ties ($5 per chair)
- Linen Napkins ($1 each)
- Custom Centerpieces ($7 per table)
- Additional Rental Time ($88 per hour)
