Drumming for Life and Mind
Presented by Terri Bergstrom and the Austin Drumming Circle.
When participants gather to drum together, each individual adds their own beat and together the group creates and shares something beautiful. Drumming can be done anywhere, with anyone; it is very universal and utilized by many cultures, intended for community, healing, and increased energy.
