How many guests can be seated for a reception?

200 are seated comfortably in the banquet hall at round tables. Additional seating available at banquet tables or in the historic home area.

What about food?

Choose from our list of registered caterers or bring in your own favorite provider (ask for details). We work most often with HyVee catering and meals range from $9-$15 per plate. Feel free to create your own menu and ask for a quote.

Can we serve alcohol?

Yes, you can serve alcohol to your guests. Options range from a fully hosted bar to a cash bar. You determine what is offered including wine, beer (no kegs), champagne, or mixed drinks.

What about an outdoor ceremony?

Our Peace Garden seats about 100 guests and features a complete sound system for microphones and music. The Peace Garden is in bloom from late May to late September with the height of summer color in July.
